Gymnastics Floor Spring offers free shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement — every order ships free.
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Large items such as complete spring floor systems, full foam rolls, and heavy components ship via freight carrier. For freight deliveries:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. For freight orders, you'll receive a tracking number and the carrier's contact information to schedule delivery.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@gymnasticsfloorspring.com.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. For packages lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
