Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our gymnastics spring floor systems and equipment. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

You may return unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. Items must be:

• In their original, unused condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original order number and receipt

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-cut foam rolls and carpet-bonded mats made to specific dimensions
• Used or installed spring floor components
• Items damaged due to improper installation or maintenance
• Clearance or refurbished items (sold as-is)

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

Return Process

1. Contact us at info@gymnasticsfloorspring.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
2. We will provide return shipping instructions and the RA number
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging with the RA number clearly marked
4. Ship the items to: Gymnastics Floor Spring, 1001 Irwin St, San Rafael, CA 94901

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Large Item Returns

For large items such as complete spring floor systems, foam rolls, and heavy components, return shipping may require freight service. Contact us for assistance with large item returns — we'll help coordinate the most cost-effective return method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the exchange process and help you place a new order for the correct item.
