Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For large items such as complete spring floor systems, foam rolls, and heavy components, return shipping may require freight service. Contact us for assistance with large item returns โ we'll help coordinate the most cost-effective return method.
